This list has been closed for a long time, but the files were always
available to members. Now, alas, Yahoogroups is shutting down most
groups, and all will be lost. I managed to capture all the messages from
this group in a doc or text file, which you can download here. (I don’t know if
this will allow attachments.)
Please remember that the material within is all copyrighted to whoever
wrote it, esp. the instructional material, so please don’t use it without
permission of the writer.
